Ziggy warrants that the products are free against defects from material and manufacturing under normal use for the lifespan of the product. Our Lifetime Warranty applies to products currently in production and sold by our brand starting on 1/12/23.
What is not covered in the Warranty?
Nothing, we cover everything you can imagine.
How do I submit a Warranty Claim? Users must submit a request through the contact form or our email. then customer will receive a free replacement band. In order to receive the replacement the customer must cover the cost of shipping and handling.

The package came in such a short notice and wasn't damadged in transport at all. As for the quality of bands I am positively suprised. They are sturdy and fit perfectly with the Apple watch.
