Our Lifetime Warranty applies to products currently in production and sold by our brand starting on 1/12/23.

How do I submit a Warranty Claim? Users must submit a request through the contact form or our email. then customer will receive a free replacement band. In order to receive the replacement the customer must cover the cost of shipping and handling.
